About the Event
OTC is excited to welcome Dr. Jennifer Simon in providing our community with caring and helpful 30-minute guided exercises to help us maintain balance during challenging times. Learn tools to enhance your state of mind, release stress, and become more mindful.
A series of three (3) personal, caring, and beneficial discussions and tools to help us maintain balance during challenging times. Each 30-minute live Zoom class will present concepts, science, and tools for us to consider that can lead to increased mental and emotional wellness, balance, and resiliency. Each class will build on the next, but can also be joined at any time, and will offer guided exercises to explore and enhance our state of mind, release stress, and become more present. Join with others at One Tough Cookie as we come together in the spirit of thoughtfulness, kindness, and caring to connect and support each other’s growth and wellness during this unprecedented time.
